After collection, our hatching eggs are stored in a temperature-controlled warehouse at 14±2°C. Delivery to customers is typically completed within 10 days.

Due to variable transportation conditions, we recommend that upon receipt, customers place the eggs with the air cell facing upward and allow them to rest at approximately 25°C for 6–12 hours before incubation. For optimal results, incubation should be carried out as soon as possible.

Please avoid direct sunlight, air outlets, and heaters. Do not refrigerate at 4°C.

We offer a variety of shipping options for customers to choose from based on their specific needs. In winter, additional insulation materials or foam boxes may be provided at an extra charge to ensure product quality during transit.

In summer, customers may choose temperature‑controlled shipping at 15–25°C. We also recommend that customers collect the eggs promptly upon arrival and avoid direct sunlight during pickup.

Customers are advised to leave the eggs at room temperature (around 25°C) overnight before incubation for the following reasons:

1.  Allowing the eggs to gradually adjust to room temperature helps prevent embryo mortality caused by sudden temperature changes when placed in the incubator.

2. The resting period also facilitates proper embryo repositioning after long-distance transport, which supports more favorable hatching outcomes.
