A dynamic linkage mechanism covering project review, process supervision, and final review is implemented, combined with online + offline procedures.

This system effectively prevents violations of scientific and technological ethics, standardizes supervision, and provides a reference for animal welfare and ethics management in laboratories and breeding facilities.
